We are looking for a Maintenance Executive for one of our hospitality clients to manage the repair and maintenance work across villa properties.



Key Responsibilities:



- Carry out routine maintenance checks and handle electrical, plumbing, and general repair work.

- Respond promptly to maintenance issues reported by staff or guests.

- Coordinate with technicians, electricians, and vendors when needed.

- Keep records of maintenance schedules and completed work.

- Ensure properties remain safe, functional, and well -maintained.




Requirements
- 2 years of experience in general maintenance or facility operations.

- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple sites when needed.
