Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with department leaders.

The specialist will develop and maintain talent pipelines, post and manage job advertisements, and ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle. The role also includes supporting employer branding initiatives,



collaborating with leadership to define role requirements, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
- Skills in Interviewing and Hiring, with experience coordinating assessments and making data-informed recommendations.
- Experience in Employer Branding, promoting the organization’s values and opportunities to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar HR role, preferably in education or service-oriented organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and common job portals.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
