We are seeking one dynamic professional to join our Oil & Gas recruitment team. The role blends Talent Acquisition with operational support, ensuring smooth delivery at the client site.

Key Details:

- Vacancy: 1
- Location: Client office, Airoli
- Experience: 1to 4 years preferred
- Compensation: ~ 35K per month
- Preference: Male candidate

Responsibilities:

- Drive endtoend recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closure.
- Support client HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and compliance.
- Act as liaison between IPS and client for manpower planning and reporting.
- Maintain candidate pipelines through portals, LinkedIn,



and referrals.
- Ensure smooth execution of recruitment processes at client site.

Ideal Candidate:

- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior exposure to Oil & Gas or heavy industries preferred.
- Ability to multitask across recruitment and operational activities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working at client premises.
