Role Description The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage full-life cycle recruiting activities for a variety of roles, ensuring an inclusive and positive candidate experience. This full-time, on-site position is based in Mumbai and involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and develop targeted sourcing strategies.

Day-to-day responsibilities include posting and optimizing job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating interview schedules,



and guiding stakeholders through the hiring process. The recruiter will leverage HummingBird’s AI-powered tools for candidate matching, analysis, and reporting, maintain accurate records within the ATS/VMS, and support talent pipeline development and referral programs. The role also includes providing timely communication to candidates, supporting offer negotiation and onboarding, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and metrics.

Qualifications

- Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, including end-to-end Recruiting and Hiring activities.
- Robust Interviewing skills, including structured and competency-based interview techniques.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment platforms, ATS/VMS systems, and data-driven talent acquisition practices.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to equitable, non-discriminatory hiring practices and a positive candidate experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience recruiting in technology, HR tech, or platform-based organizations is an advantage.
