About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead leadership hiring for one of India’s leading luxury real estate developers..

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for leadership and strategic positions across the organization.
- Partner with CXOs and business leaders to understand workforce planning and critical hiring requirements.
- Develop and execute hiring strategies for senior management and leadership roles.
- Build solid talent pipelines through executive search, market mapping, networking, referrals, and industry relationships.
- Identify and engage passive candidates for niche and confidential leadership mandates.
- Drive the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, assessment, interviewing, offer management, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Conduct talent mapping and competitor intelligence across the luxury real estate sector.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure timely closure of critical mandates.
- Track recruitment metrics,



hiring effectiveness, and market trends to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- Build and strengthen the employer brand to attract high-calibre leadership talent.
- Work closely with external executive search firms and recruitment partners whenever required.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 8–15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to leadership hiring.
- Mandatory experience hiring senior leadership professionals within the luxury real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of executive search methodologies and talent mapping.
- Proven track record of successfully closing CXO, Business Head, Functional Head, and other senior leadership positions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong professional network within the luxury real estate ecosystem.
- Ability to handle confidential and high-impact hiring assignments.
