Delivery The Client Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle and delivery process for assigned clients.
- To speak to client in details about the assignment and give detail download to associates/TL
- To understand key deliverables managerial/technical of the role, create the candidate synopsis template & explain to associate with time given for delivery.
- To assess the CVs as per client requirement & share only relevant quality CVs.
- Present the CVs/resume in client perspective & ensure >50% shortlisting.
- Clearly communicate quantitatively/qualitatively expectations to ensure closure over "service"
- Submit all CVs real time & no CV postponement
- CTC negotiations and sizing up of candidate for prospective CTC budget of the client and communicating the CTC expectations clearly to client
