Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles across various industries.

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, improve time-to-hire, and reduce costs.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.

- Analyze metrics such as candidate quality, conversion rates, and employee retention to optimize the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

- 7-12 years of experience in IT or non-IT recruitment with a focus on technical hiring (both permanent & contract).

- Proven track record of successfully filling complex technical positions through headhunting or lateral hiring.

- Solid understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis to inform recruitment decisions.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
