Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team — someone eager to dive entirely into recruitment, source top-tier tech talent, and own the hiring lifecycle from day one. You'll work directly with decision-makers, sit in on strategic hiring conversations, and play a direct role in building our teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, and referral networks.
- Screen incoming applications and shortlist against role requirements.
- Conduct first-round telephonic screening calls and write up candidate notes.
- Coordinate interview scheduling across panels and keep candidates informed at every stage.
- Maintain the ATS/hiring tracker with clean data, accurate stages, and proactive follow-ups.
- Draft and post job descriptions across platforms.
- Support campus hiring drives and walk-in events.
- Help with reference checks and background verification follow-ups.
