We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern for our Pune location. This role offers a stipend between 12000 to 13500 per month with a service agreement of 18 months (6 months internship + 12 months as Full Time Employee.) Role & responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle
- Source candidates from various platforms matching desired skills
- Design and update job descriptions for existing profiles
- Identify effective recruitment sources to close open positions
- Proactively engage in recruitment activities and employee engagement initiatives
- Develop and implement creative employee engagement activities Skills Required - Quick learner with a proactive approach
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
