Job Summary

PBPartners is hiring an experienced Bulk Hiring Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for Field Sales positions. The ideal candidate should have experience in high-volume hiring, stakeholder management, and recruitment through multiple sourcing channels. Candidates with recruitment experience in the Insurance, BFSI, Banking, NBFC, Telecom, Retail, or Field Sales domain will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Field Sales positions.
- Handle bulk hiring and achieve assigned hiring targets within defined timelines.
- Source candidates through Job Portals, Employee Referrals, Social Media, Walk-ins, and Vendor Networks.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS reports and hiring trackers.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, SLAs, and company policies.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with HR Operations for seamless onboarding and joining.





Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 25 years of experience in Bulk Hiring or Volume Hiring.
- Experience in Field Sales hiring is mandatory.
- Prior recruitment experience in Insurance/BFSI is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment databases.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Mandatory Language Requirement Candidates must be fluent in:
- Tamil (Read, Write & Speak) Mandatory
- English – Mandatory
- Either Telugu or Malayalam – Mandatory
