- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical, paramedical, administrative, and support staff.

- Understand manpower requirements in coordination with Department Heads.

- Prepare and publish job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.

- Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, consultants, campus drives, social media, and internal databases.

- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for critical positions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
