Position Details

Position: Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Thane Headquarters, Maharashtra

Experience: Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience

Industry Preference: Healthcare recruitment preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Clinical and Non-Clinical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, advertisements, campus hiring, and other recruitment channels.
- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined recruitment TAT.
- Handle bulk hiring and volume recruitment effectively.




- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and ensure smooth stakeholder management.
- Recruit for positions such as Doctors, Staff Nurses, Pharmacists, Front Office Executives, Allied Healthcare Professionals, and Corporate Roles .
- Coordinate interviews, salary discussions, offer rollouts, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and hiring trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of core recruitment experience .
- Proven experience in bulk hiring and volume recruitment .
- Healthcare recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable working Monday to Saturday .
