Key Responsibilities
Future Tech & Innovation
- Scan market trends and emerging TA technologies
- Evaluate tools/vendors and features within/outside of current Technologies.
- Run demos and innovation pilots
- Contribute to future roadmap planning
Project Delivery
- Lead test-and-learn (especially AI-driven projects)
- Support complex deployments and configurations.
- Drive end-to-end solution design.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in independently leading HR tech and product innovation projects in a global organisation.
- Experience designing/ deploying AI technologies to large operations teams.
Experience working with:
- AI tools/automation/chatbots.
- Current vendor evaluations or tech pilots.
Exposure to:
- Market research/benchmarking.
- Innovation programs or digital transformation.
- Business case creation / ROI analysis / Risk and impact assessment analysis.
- Strong storytelling or presenting ideas to leadership.
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- End-to-end technical project understanding.
