Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Systems & Cloud Engineer (8+ years experience) to lead the management, maintenance, and optimization of our on-premises and cloud environments. The role involves advanced Windows Server administration, Active Directory operations, virtualization, Azure/Entra management, O365 administration, and data center activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including upgrades, patching, and server migrations.
- Administer Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and perform FSMO role migrations.
- Oversee Hyper-V virtualization, VM lifecycle, and performance optimization.
- Manage Microsoft Azure workloads, Entra ID, identity & access configurations.
- Lead advanced Office 365 administration (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online).




- Handle NAS/SAN storage, backup systems, and data center operations.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, perform triage, and manage incident resolution.
- Utilize monitoring and RMM tools (PRTG, Autotask, Datto RMM, N-Central).
- Support basic networking (switching, protocols, VLANs).

Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in Windows Server & Cloud Infrastructure roles.
- Strong expertise in AD, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, Azure, Entra, and O365.
- Proven experience with storage systems, backup platforms, and data center management.
- Robust troubleshooting, monitoring, and documentation skills.
