We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The role is exclusively focused on recruitment and requires candidates with prior experience in sales hiring . The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving defined hiring targets while ensuring timely closure of open positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and business development roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure closure of positions within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Talent Acquisition.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in sales recruitment .
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
