Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned System Architect to join our high-impact technology team in Goa. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the technical visionary, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and scalable engineering solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, executive stakeholders, and external clients to translate high-level business goals into robust, secure, and future-proof technical architectures.

By spearheading the design of distributed systems and cloud-native environments, you will directly influence the performance, reliability, and security of our global platform, ensuring that our infrastructure remains a competitive advantage as we scale to meet evolving market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and document comprehensive enterprise-grade architectures using UML to ensure clear alignment between technical implementation and business strategy.
- Lead the migration and optimization of legacy systems into high-performance microservices architectures to improve system modularity and deployment velocity.
- Define and enforce security-first design patterns across all layers of the stack to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with global standards.
- Collaborate with engineering leads to establish best practices for API design and infrastructure administration, ensuring seamless integration across distributed systems.




- Drive IT strategy by evaluating emerging cloud computing technologies and recommending adoption paths that maximize ROI and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the end-to-end SDLC, providing technical mentorship to development teams to ensure high code quality and architectural integrity throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud-native solutions, with 10 - 14 years of hands-on experience in complex technical environments.
- Proven ability to communicate intricate architectural concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering consensus and driving organizational buy-in for long-term IT strategies.
- Deep proficiency in modern design patterns and microservices orchestration, coupled with a strong background in cloud computing platforms and infrastructure administration.
- Exceptional analytical skills to troubleshoot systemic bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions that enhance overall system resilience.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence within a collaborative, on-site team workplace in Goa.
- A solid academic foundation in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering mission-critical enterprise solutions.
