System Administrator / IT Support Engineer

RV PU College is looking for a proactive and experienced System Administrator / IT Support Engineer to manage and support the institution's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of servers, networks, systems, and end-user devices.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain Windows Server and Windows 10/11 environments.
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, user accounts, and access permissions.
- Provide administration and end-user support for Microsoft 365 and Outlook.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Perform basic firewall configuration and network security monitoring.
- Manage system backup and restore processes to ensure data availability.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Provide technical support for CCTV, NVR, and IP PBX systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, warranty support, and procurement.




- Ensure timely resolution of user support tickets and maintain high service standards.
- Follow IT security policies and implement best practices to safeguard institutional IT resources.

Preferred Qualifications

- 25 years of experience in System Administration or IT Infrastructure Support.
- Robust troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
