Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Survey Engineer to join our Engineering Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land and construction surveys, ensuring accurate site measurements, and supporting project teams with precise geospatial data across our residential and commercial developments in South India.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction layout surveys for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Operate and maintain surveying instruments such as Total Station, DGPS, Auto Level, and GPS equipment
- Prepare and interpret survey drawings, site plans, and contour maps
- Verify setting-out of building layouts, roads, and infrastructure as per approved drawings
- Coordinate with project managers, civil engineers, and architects to ensure survey data aligns with design and construction requirements




- Conduct periodic site inspections to monitor progress against survey benchmarks
- Maintain accurate records of survey data, reports, and as-built drawings
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory survey requirements (DTCP, CMDA, local authority norms)
- Support land due diligence and boundary verification for new project acquisitions
- Travel to various project sites across South India as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Any degree Surveying, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in land/construction surveying, preferably in real estate or infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Total Station, DGPS, and other surveying soft+
- ware/tools
- Strong understanding of survey methodologies, GIS, and mapping techniques
- Knowledge of local statutory survey norms and land documentation processes
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel and work across multiple project locations in South India

Preferred

- Experience working with a real estate developer or construction company
- Familiarity with drone-based survey techniques is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
