- Fill online/offline forms error-free; own full case lifecycle.

- Handle client calls (simplify requirements); draft AI-refined emails.

- Coordinate with VFS, BLS, embassies for tracking.

- Daily research on fees/times/rules.

- Maintain SOP library; AI-summarize PDFs into checklists.

- Adaptable mindset and quick adaptation to new AI tools.

- Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills.

- Freshers and experienced both eligible; immediate joiners prioritized.
