Role Description The Supply Chain Management role at Ishan Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Madha. This role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring the end-to-end supply chain to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and services.

The individual will manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and pricing, and oversee inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess holding costs. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing demand and supply trends, maintaining accurate records in ERP or related systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams (finance,



operations, and project teams), and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role also requires continuous process improvement, risk assessment, and reporting on supply chain performance, with a focus on cost efficiency, service quality, and operational reliability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supply Chain Management and Procurement skills, with experience in end-to-end sourcing, vendor management, and logistics coordination.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills, including demand forecasting, stock control, and use of ERP or other inventory management tools.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, optimize processes, and support decision-making with clear reports and insights.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaboration with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners, and for clear documentation and reporting.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) are an advantage.
- Experience working in technology, telecom, or ICT environments, with knowledge of compliance and quality standards, is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Excel and supply chain software, and a focus on ethical, inclusive, and safe workplace practices.
