Key Skills & Responsibilities:

✅ 5+ years of experience in Order Management within the Supply Chain (SCM) domain

✅ 2+ years of experience in the Media or related industry

✅ Basic understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Supply Chain workflows

✅ Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint

✅ Experience in multi-system operations and handling exception-heavy environments

✅ Strong stakeholder management with internal & external coordination

✅ Ability to manage repetitive, high-volume work with accuracy and attention to detail
