We are looking for a detail-oriented

Supply Chain Coordinator to support logistics, inventory tracking, vendor coordination, dispatch planning, and order movement. The ideal candidate should be organized, positive with follow-ups, and comfortable coordinating with vendors, warehouse teams, transport partners, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate purchase orders, shipments, dispatches, and delivery timelines.

- Track inventory movement, stock updates, and material availability.

- Follow up with vendors, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams.

- Maintain supply chain trackers, reports, and documentation.

- Support invoice, delivery challan, and shipment-related coordination.

- Identify delays or gaps and escalate them for timely resolution.

Required Skills:

- Basic understanding of supply chain, logistics, procurement, or inventory operations.

- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting trackers.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines.

- Experience in logistics, warehouse, procurement, or operations will be preferred.
