Role Description The Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Aligarh and Kashganj (Locals prefered) . The Supervisor will oversee day-to-day project activities, coordinate workforce deployment, and monitor work progress to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project timelines.

Responsibilities include supervising field teams during electrical and infrastructure works, conducting regular site inspections, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements. The role involves maintaining clear documentation, reporting project status to management, and collaborating with engineers, technicians,



and other stakeholders to support efficient project execution. The Supervisor is expected to promote a safe work culture, guide team members, and help optimize use of materials and resources at the site.

Qualifications

- Ability to supervise field teams, allocate tasks, and monitor day-to-day operations on electrical and infrastructure projects.
- Skills in planning and organizing work schedules, managing resources, and tracking project milestones and deliverables.
- Capability to interpret basic technical documents such as work orders, drawings, and checklists, and communicate requirements clearly to site staff.
- Competence in maintaining records, preparing progress reports, and coordinating with project managers, engineers, and client representatives.
- Strong focus on safety practices, including enforcing safety guidelines, identifying hazards, and supporting a secure work environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for managing diverse teams, resolving conflicts, and building collaborative working relationships.
- Prior experience in electrical, construction, or infrastructure projects in a supervisory or team lead capacity is highly beneficial.
- Minimum of a diploma or certificate in engineering, electrical, or a related technical field is preferred; relevant on-site experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Ability to work on-site in Aligarh and Kashganj ( Locals prefered) , adapt to changing project needs, and maintain reliability in attendance and performance.
