- Should have a knowledge of industrial coating experience , Material handling and hydro test of pressure part components.
- Safely handle and transport fabricated or semi-finished components from shop floor to store using pick-and-carry cranes or trailers.
- Coordinate with production, store, planning and logistics for smooth and productive material movement.
- Expertise in surface preparation.
- Knowledge of paint application methods.
- Coordinate with shop & Quality for timely completion of hydro test activity and inspection.
- Able to monitor workplace consider to ensure appropriate painting.
- Have to ensure compliance with painting standard, codes and regulations.
- Prioritize safety, quality (First-Time Right), and housekeeping (5S) initiatives.




- Coordinate activities across various departments, including outsourcing, quality ,production & planning.
- Troubleshoot issues related to painting & shot blasting.
- Supervise workmen to ensure efficient timely completion of job within allocated resources.
- Able to carry out inspection of surface preparation and painting coats with necessary report preparation skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and general computer operations like microsoft excel, power point.
- Should understand different welding methods.
