Role Description The Summer Intern will work full time in office at our Sitamarhi location, supporting call center and BPO operations. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with inbound and outbound customer calls, supporting email and live chat responses, and helping maintain accurate records and data entry related to customer interactions.

The intern will collaborate with experienced team members to understand call center workflows, quality standards, and service-level expectations.



This role will also involve learning basic customer support tools, contributing to reports or summaries of activities, and participating in team meetings and training sessions. The internship is designed to provide practical exposure to professional communication, customer service, and operational processes within a dynamic outsourcing environment.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, with a clear and professional phone manner.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office tools, email platforms, and internet-based applications.
- Customer service mindset, with the ability to listen carefully, respond politely, and handle questions or concerns calmly.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records and follow defined processes.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced call center setting as part of a team-oriented team.
- Availability to work full time on-site in Sitamarhi for the duration of the summer internship.
- Prior exposure to call centers, BPO, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not required.
- Current student or recent graduate in any discipline, with interest in operations, customer service, or business processes.
