About the Role
We are seeking a talented Senior Data Analyst to join our Global Benchmarking Services team. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive business development and workplace optimization for corporate clients across the globe. You will work primarily with the GBS team and collaborate with clients from time to time to develop sophisticated analytics solutions, dashboards, and reports that support strategic decision-making in the commercial real estate sector,



with a particular focus on human experience measurement and portfolio performance analysis.
About Global Benchmarking Services
Our team specializes in helping organizations understand their real estate portfolios and workplace effectiveness through data-driven insights. We combine portfolio and space benchmarking with human experience analytics to answer two critical questions: "Know your people, Know your numbers." Our work spans portfolio optimization, sustainability benchmarking, future workplace planning, and measuring the success of workplace transformation projects across the world.
