The Role:
As an IT Support Engineer, you will serve as a trusted partner to team members and leaders by ensuring seamless IT operations across the organization. You will apply your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to resolve diverse IT challenges, proactively improve systems,



and contribute to strategic projects that enhance the employee experience. In this role, you’ll balance day-to-day support with longer-term initiatives, independently identifying solutions, adapting existing practices, and collaborating across functions to enable teams to do their best work.
What You’ll Do
Ticketing System Support:
Monitor and resolve IT support tickets within SLA, serving as the first line of support for employees.
Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and access requests issues across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
Escalate complex issues thoughtfully to senior IT team members as needed.
Microsoft Workplace Management:
Provide support for Windows-based systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and related tools.
Assist with user account provisioning, password resets, and access permissions.
