ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Eligibility Requirements




Demonstrated experience of at least 2–3 years in a medical coding training role with a proven ability to develop coding professionals.
Comprehensive understanding of Health Information Management (HIM) principles and medical coding practices.
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Adaptable mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry standards and coding updates.
Experience in facilitating onboarding programs for entry-level coders as well as certification-focused training initiatives.
In-depth expertise in (EM), Outpatient (OP), and Inpatient (IP) coding specialties.
Active AAPC or AHIMA certification is required; possession of additional specialty certifications is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities
Analyze organizational, operational, and client-driven learning requirements to identify training opportunities and competency gaps.
