What would you do? • Lead end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) delivery across general ledger, journal entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany, fixed assets, bank/cash accounting, close reporting, and audit support.



• Own period-close governance for month-end, quarter-end, half-year, and year-end cycles, ensuring adherence to close calendars, SLAs, controls, reporting timelines, and stakeholder dependencies. • Act as a key client point of contact for RTR delivery, building trusted relationships with client SMEs and internal leadership while managing expectations, escalations, and timely resolution of issues. • Plan, execute, and monitor RTR milestones, risk actions, dependencies, transformation initiatives, and operational priorities aligned to client objectives and service delivery commitments. • Review financial outputs, journal postings, reconciliations, variance analysis, management reports, and audit evidence to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness. • Drive strategic problem solving by analysing process issues, identifying root causes, recommending solutions, and implementing sustainable improv
