We're looking for a Creative Director who can establish world-class creative standards, lead our creative team, and ensure every deliverable reflects excellence. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys building creative systems, mentoring people, making creative decisions, and continuously improving quality.
Role Purpose
As the Creative Director, you will own the creative vision and quality of the entire Marketing Department.
You will define creative direction, establish brand standards, mentor designers, review creative work, and ensure every project aligns with HIKINEX's visual identity and business goals.
You will work across multiple brands, software products, websites, presentations, videos,



training materials, and marketing campaigns.
As HIKINEX continues to grow, you'll also help shape our future creative services by supporting client-facing branding, marketing, and creative initiatives.
This role is expected to take ownership of the creative function, build scalable creative processes, raise the qualityof every deliverable, and help grow the Marketing Department into a world-class creative team.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the creative quality of all marketing deliverables.
• Define and maintain HIKINEX's visual identity, brand standards, and creative direction.
• Lead creative direction for websites, software products, presentations, videos, training content, social
media, and product launches.
• Make final creative decisions on branding, visual direction, design quality, and creative standards.
