Position:Teaching Staff
Experience: 0–2 Years

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom lectures and practical lab sessions.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials and assessment tools.
Conduct internal assessments, assignments and examinations.
Mentor and guide students in academics and career development.
Support curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in organizing workshops, seminars and industry interaction programs.
Maintain academic records and comply with institutional policies.
Participate in departmental and institutional academic activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com), MBA (Finance), M.Sc. (Data Science/AI), MCA, or a related discipline.




Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of teaching or industry experience are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of Finance, Commerce, FinTech, Artificial Intelligence and Python programming.
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching and student mentoring.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with AI tools and financial technologies.
Ability to conduct practical Python lab sessions.
Basic understanding of digital finance, blockchain, data analytics, or machine learning is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
