As a U.S. Tax Reviewer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of federal and state income tax returns for a diverse portfolio of clients, including individuals, estates, and exempt organizations. This position requires a strong understanding of U.S. tax laws, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and mentor a team of tax preparers. For 1040 Returns
Tax Review & Compliance
Review federal and state income tax returns for individuals, estates, and exempt organizations.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with current tax laws and regulations.
Team Guidance & Support
Provide technical guidance and support to tax preparers, especially on complex or challenging issues.
Conduct induction and ongoing training sessions, including updates on tax laws and software changes.
Work Allocation & Monitoring
Assign daily tasks to preparers and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
Follow up on pending work and assist in resolving bottlenecks.
Client Deliverables
Submit completed tax returns and related documentation within scheduled timelines.
Review and incorporate client feedback, make necessary modifications, and re-submit promptly.
