This position is critical from Revenue generation as well as uplifting the Social Infrastructure of Hyderabad AeroCity, which is a crucial success factor. Responsible for Commercial Retail leasing. Generate leads and ensure concluding Lease Transactions. Support in Account management of existing tenants within the Hyderabad Airport City ensuring seamless client interface. ORGANISATION CHART

Primary Responsibility:
Sign Lease Agreements for Destination Retail:• Increase the Prospect base for Interchange (Destination Lifestyle Retail Project at Hyderabad AeroCity)• Pitch to prospective clients – meet at HQs of Brand Houses, make presentations, agree on Commercials• Sign Lease agreements with Brands across Retail, F&B;, Family Entertainment Centre, Cinema etc.• Responsible for Re-Leasing of the space in case a client vacates post Operations

Secondary Responsibility:
Conclude Commercial Office transactions for GMR Business Park including Community/Social Infra like Gym, Food Court, Bank, Medical Centre, Social Services etc.
Achieve Land Monetization Target as per AOP (particular focus on Campus Style mandate)
