Accountabilities:
The Workday Payroll Senior Consultant will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services,



supporting clients through Workday Payroll optimization, configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires strong ownership, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.
Configure, test, and implement business requirements within Workday Payroll modules.
Lead client discussions to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and recommend effective solutions.
Support post-production environments by troubleshooting configuration, data, reporting, calculated fields, security, and business logic issues.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement system enhancements aligned with client objectives.
