Accountabilities:
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will take ownership of core backend systems, driving improvements in performance,



reliability, and architecture. You will solve complex engineering challenges, contribute to technical strategy, and help maintain a robust platform used by a large developer community.
Analyze, optimize, and improve the performance of core execution engines within a large Python-based codebase.
Identify and resolve complex system-level issues involving Linux environments, concurrency, memory management, networking, and database interactions.
Architect and implement improvements to adapter frameworks that connect the platform with various databases and data ecosystems.
Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions that ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Own critical distributed systems, troubleshoot production issues, and participate in on-call rotations to maintain platform availability.
