Accountabilities
As a Product Designer,



you will lead the design process across web and mobile experiences, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities. You will take ownership of product design decisions, contribute to design systems, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver polished and effective user experiences.
Design user experiences across web and mobile platforms, including trading workflows, market data displays, charts, positions, execution visibility, onboarding, and wallet experiences.
Take features from initial problem definition through research, UX exploration, final UI design, and implementation support.
Create clear, intuitive, and trustworthy experiences for complex trading environments.
Identify usability issues related to hierarchy, clarity, and information density, and develop solutions to improve user understanding.
