What You’ll Do: -
Revenue Management: Deliver assigned revenue targets for the cluster by effectively managing client accounts and identifying opportunities for business growth through annual B2B partnerships. Regularly assess revenue metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve or exceed targets.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Conduct regular meetings and calls with assigned clients and agency representatives to strengthen business relationships. Proactively address client concerns and queries while establishing a structured follow-up and communication plan.
Proactive Client Support: Anticipate potential client needs and inquiries, proactively providing solutions that enhance client satisfaction. Ensure timely responses to client requirements, demonstrating a strong commitment to their success.
Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts: Identify and engage key internal and external subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop a comprehensive understanding of client requirements.



Facilitate collaboration between SMEs and clients to deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
Market Awareness & Insights: Stay informed on market trends, campaign developments, industry movements, and the competitive landscape. Share relevant insights with internal teams to support strategic decision-making.
End-to-End Deal Management: Oversee the entire client engagement lifecycle, from initiating commercial discussions through deal execution, in close collaboration with the operations team. Ensure seamless coordination across teams for efficient and successful delivery.
Post-Sales Evaluation: Develop and implement post-sales evaluation processes to gather client feedback and assess overall satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate learnings and drive continuous improvement
