Summary of Position
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations, accounting compliance,



governance, payroll validation, taxation, and reporting activities of Hatch India. Leveraging strong technical accounting and taxation expertise, the incumbent will provide support to the Regional Finance Director, Country Director, and broader Finance team while ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
The role requires a proactive professional who can manage financial reporting, statutory audits, payroll oversight, tax compliance, and process improvements while maintaining high levels of accuracy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Accounting

Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including:

Statement of Financial Position
Statement of Profit and Loss
Cash Flow Statements

Summarize and report on the financial status of Hatch India.
Verify, allocate, post, and re
