The role: As an independent snacking company, getting more value from every pack, price*,
mix and promotional decision is one of our biggest commercial opportunities - and the consistency in how we do it does not yet exist across our markets. This role builds it. It owns the RGM operating model and its analytical standard - the commercial decision system that our market CSP teams run, for Europe, UKI & ANZ.
You build and lead the RGM engine at BU level: the operating model across the five levers - strategic pricing*, pack-price architecture, mix, promotions and trade terms - the governance rhythm that runs it, and the standardised analytics that power the decisions. You own the model, the standard, the decision logic and the capability; our market CSP teams own the in-market RGM decisions and execution. You set the spine; markets run it on their customer and P&L; reality.
