We are looking for an Associate, Digital Customer Success Programs in India to join our Global Digital Customer Success Programs team.



This role is ideal for an early-career skilled who is highly organized, execution-focused, collaborative, and excited to contribute to scalable customer engagement and lifecycle automation programs that support onboarding, product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
This is primarily an execution and delivery-focused role, supporting customer lifecycle programs and digital engagement initiatives from planning through launch and ongoing management. While this role does not own program strategy, we highly value individuals who question the status quo, identify opportunities for improvement, and bring a mindset of continuous optimization, efficiency, and scalable execution.
