Accountabilities:
As a Product Support Specialist,



you will provide technical guidance and support to education partners, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing usage of digital learning solutions. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and education stakeholders, helping resolve issues and improve processes.
Guide schools, education departments, and administrators through SSO setup, domain verification, and account provisioning processes.
Support integrations with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 / Entra ID environments, including authentication, provisioning, and directory synchronization troubleshooting.
Serve as the technical point of contact for large-scale education rollouts involving multiple authentication and access management workflows.
Diagnose onboarding challenges and resolve technical issues alongside school IT teams, administrators, and district-level stakeholders.
