We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President to lead our Business Analytics & GenAI Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of advanced analytical solutions to support key business objectives. This role requires a robust leader with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams, delivering impactful insights, and fostering a data-driven culture.

The Business Analytics Sr. Manager accomplishes results through the management of professional team(s) and department(s). This role demands a robust technical foundation,



solving analytical problems using Generative AI. Practical experience with Generative AI technologies and frameworks, and specialized skills in Prompt Engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Langgraph, Langchain frameworks. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Contributes to standards around which others will operate. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function. Requires basic commercial awareness. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers.
