Overall Purpose: To monitor and analyze system operations, coordinate corrective actions, and establish, implement, and maintain service assurance standards to optimize system performance and enhance client satisfaction, by supporting project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and effective resource coordination.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Documentation and Standards: Document problems, enforce standards, and consult on compliance with development teams. Process Improvement & Quality Management: Ensuring adherence to quality standards by reviewing project/activity deliverables, and taking proactive measures to identify, analyze, and resolve any issues or risks.

Project Management: Supporting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards.

Communication: Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders and internal clients, to provide project updates,



facilitate meetings, and manage expectations.

Other duties as assigned: Supporting processes related to data analysis, reporting, and/or team collaboration.

Job Contribution: An entry-level professional with foundational knowledge, applying company policies to routine issues. Follows standard procedures to analyze data and perform transactional work. Contributes to project fulfillment and organizational objectives, influencing productivity and expenditures. Works under regular supervision with visibility primarily within the department or region.
