Key Responsibilities
Implement and steward the COEM process to manage OE/HSE risks during contractor activities.
Conduct Consequence and Capability Assessments for contractors prior to work execution.
Develop and maintain COEM plans, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and OE expectations.
Monitor contractor performance during work-in-progress and update COEM plans based on changing conditions.
Facilitate risk-based reviews for high-consequence work, including SIMOPs and major accident scena
