The Platform AI & Integration Pod builds the foundational AI capabilities that integrate directly into developer workflows across Southwest — including GitLab Duo Agent Platform, enterprise Knowledge Graph, and platform accelerators. The team enables intelligent automation, faster developer productivity, and consistent AI adoption across the enterprise, connecting data, systems, and context so engineering teams can move faster with greater confidence.
As Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer – Spec Library, you'll own complex platform work end-to-end while contributing to enterprise standards, reusable solutions, and DevOps best practices. You'll shape how engineers across Southwest work day-to-day by establishing standards, removing blockers, and improving the developer experience from our Hyderabad office.
