SUMMARY

As a PowerBuilder Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing,
testing, and supporting enterprise applications using PowerBuilder and related
technologies. The role involves working across front-end UI and backend
services, supporting the full application development lifecycle, and
collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable
solutions. This role is strictly involved in the development of the product and
does not involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI) & Personally
Identifiable Information (PII) or any secured/confidential client data. The work
is limited to application development and does not include handling or
processing of sensitive health information.

YOUR ROLE IN OUR MISSION

You will contribute to product enhancements, integration initiatives, and
modernization efforts, while ensuring adherence to Gainwell development
standards and best practices.

* Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using PowerBuilder (latest
versions such as PowerBuilder 2022)
* Work on both UI (front-end)



and backend logic / services development
* Develop and consume web services (XML, JSON-based integrations)
* Perform code development, debugging, and enhancements for existing and current
systems
* Analyze system requirements and prepare technical design documentation
* Support application integration and data exchange across systems
* Participate in product configuration, deployment, and support activities
* Work with databases (MS SQL / Oracle) for data access and performance tuning
* Collaborate with analysts and architects to translate business requirements
into technical solutions
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and integration issues
* Ensure compliance with coding standards, quality processes, and documentation
practices
* Participate in peer reviews, testing, and production support activities
