Lead Business Analyst/Principal Business Analyst is an exciting business focused Individual Contributor role, part of the critical Data, Analytics and AI function being built grounds-up within India as part of Global Capability Center (GCC) for Data & Analytics Office.



This role serves as the critical bridge between Product Managers, technology teams, data consumers, and business stakeholders to define, deliver, and continuously enhance strategic data products.
The ideal candidate combines deep business analysis expertise with robust data analysis capabilities and possesses a thorough understanding of Asset/Wealth Management business processes, client journeys, investment products, and data-driven decision-making.
