As a TM line incharge - Production Engineering, you will be part of Plant operations team and will report to Section Head -Production engineering.You will be responsible for developing & implement methods to determine and optimize resources for daily plant operations i.e. People,Machine, Space, Material and Information & Projects execution for improving PQCDMS
A purpose driven role for you
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Manage Frame Assly, Final Inspection for current model production to timely launch & to meet market demand
FA line Capacity for the production as per the model mix to meet Central planning requirement
Execution of Capex & Improvement Projects to achieve the Projects saving
Execute the IDTL procurement and monitoring its cost at plant level
A Day in the life
Identify the bottleneck stages for flexibility and elimination of constraints
Installation & commissioning of new equipments for smooth production
Identify the capacity loss due to model mix and Budget planning
Installation & commissioning of new energy efficient equipments for smooth production
Installation & commissioning of Projects
Academic Qualification & Experience
B. Tech / B.E in Mechanical Engineering with 4-6 years of relevant work experienceTechnical Skills/Knowledge
Design:- AutoCAD software, CATIA SoftwareApplication- SAP, PLMKnowledge of PMTS –Method Study, MOSTAnalytical skill of Line balancing, efficiency and lossesmanagement.Other:-- Drawing reading, manufacturing knowledge,Industrial Safety Norms Knowledge, Advance Excel, PowerPoint, Word, M.S Project Manager.Behavioural Skills
