We are looking for an experienced Software Quality Engineer (SQE) with expertise in Semiconductor Equipment Software to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of equipment automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in test strategy, automation, semiconductor communication standards, and working closely with global engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities




Define and execute comprehensive test strategies for semiconductor equipment software applications.
Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test frameworks.
Validate equipment software functionality, communication protocols, and factory automation workflows.
Collaborate with Software Architects, Developers, Product Owners, and Program Managers to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
Review requirements, identify test scenarios, and develop detailed test plans and test cases.
Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
Validate equipment communication using SECS/GEM and GEM300 standards.
Identify, track, and drive resolution of software defects while performing root cause analysis.
Participate in customer acceptance testing (FAT/SAT) and production release validation.
Drive quality metrics, continuous improvement initiatives, and process compliance.
Mentor junior QA engineers and promote quality engineering best practices.
