Job Description – Scrum Master
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with 5+ years of hands-on experience running projects on Azure DevOps(ADO). The Scrum Master will lead Agile delivery teams supporting the implementation and modernization of the Provider Management Module within a State Medicaid/MMIS ecosystem. This role is responsible for facilitating Agile practices, removing delivery impediments, managing cross-functional dependencies, and ensuring successful implementation of provider enrollment, credentialing, provider data management functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.




Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and continuous improvement practices.
Drive team accountability for sprint commitments and delivery objectives.
Remove impediments and proactively resolve issues impacting project timelines.
Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, and release readiness.
Track and report Sprint Velocity, Burndown/Burnup Metrics, Team Capacity, Release Progress, Defect Leakage and Sprint Predictability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
Experience with Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) or MMIS modernization programs.
Knowledge of CMS Provider Enrollment requirements.
Experience working with State government agencies.
Experience in large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
